Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are only allowed for defective or incorrect items. We will resolve such issues as quickly as possible.

We do not offer exchanges based on personal preferences since all outfits are made to order.

Customers must notify our customer service within 48 hours of delivery and return the item within 5-7 days. Late requests will not be accepted.

Customers may receive an equivalent voucher or discount code instead of an exchange.

Pehnawa Heritage only accepts returns for defective items purchased online, provided they remain unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags.

Customers must request a return within 2 days of receiving their order by providing the order ID and a valid reason. Late requests will not be accepted.

Customers can select a replacement item from the Pehnawa Heritage E-Store.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
