Return & Exchange

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or incorrect items. We will resolve such issues as quickly as possible.

  • We do not offer exchanges based on personal preferences since all outfits are made to order.

  • Customers must notify our customer service within 48 hours of delivery and return the item within 5-7 days. Late requests will not be accepted.

  • Customers may receive an equivalent voucher or discount code instead of an exchange.

  • Note: Sale items cannot be exchanged unless the wrong item was delivered.

Return Policy:

  • Pehnawa Heritage only accepts returns for defective items purchased online, provided they remain unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Customers must request a return within 2 days of receiving their order by providing the order ID and a valid reason. Late requests will not be accepted.

  • Customers can select a replacement item from the Pehnawa Heritage E-Store.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
